Hello everyone!
I was given the possibility to use an SPR equipment (BI 4500 from Biosensing). Anyone knows if that machine have a washing chip?
other question, I'm going to start with the BSA training kit and manual says that I have to add 38 mg of dry EDC powder directly into the vial. Is that ok?
If there is no special washing sensor then use an old one.
The EDC makes it possible to couple the BSA to the -COOH group on a sensor surface. In this way you couple directly BSA to the surface instead of activating the surface first with NHS/EDC.
