Biacore sensor chips
In the Biacore SPR instruments a wide range of sensor surfaces can be used. The actual sensor surface is shielded within a protective sheet. The surfaces range from plain gold to several types of carboxylated dextran matrices and specialized surfaces such as protein G, NTA or streptavidin. In addition, lipophilic surface are also available.
