Detection with antibody was created by Caneparo
Hello,
I need to check whether a receptor bound to a chip is correctly folded using a specific antibody. Which concentration of antibody do you suggest to use? Since antigen-antibody interaction should be very specific, I thought that 100 nM, max 500 nM, should be enough with 120 sec of contact time.

Thanks in advance for your help!

depending on what you want to prove:
-detection of receptor
-determination of the amount of correctly folded recepter
