Can I see positive cooperativity from SPR binding curves? was created by AnnaJ

Dear all,

does someone know if I can see positive cooperativity in binding from the SPR curves? I have a chemokine which may bind in this way to its receptor but I need to prove it. Do I need an analyte that does not have cooperativity as control or what would you suggest?
