Spikes before and after injection was created by shubhamG
i am trying to kinetics analysis and in am seeing spikes before and after injection. there is RI changes but i have changed the buffer, Cleaned the system and also checked with different flow rate but i am not able to get rid of the spikes. because of that i am not able to analyse the kinetics data

Hi,
In general spikes occur when buffers are not matched. This is more prone when the difference is larger. Also, when you subtract the reference without alingning the curves you can get spikes.
So how are your raw data?
And do you have spikes when injecting a buffer only sample?
Some analysis programs can cut out the unwanted parts of the curve (e.g. the spikes) during sata processing.
