recommended concentration for CM5 chip was created by shubhamG
what should be the ideal concentration for immobilization on different CM chips, specially CM5 chip????

Thank you for your response
I just want to know as CM5 chip is generally used for immobilization of any ligand. So is there any concentration range in which we can immoblize our ligand?
Like on the basis of molecular weight of ligand we can say from x concentration to y concentration is suitable for CM5 chip immobilization kind of.
I know it will vary but just general idea.

Hi,
It is still not clear what you want to achieve.
In general with amine coupling on a CM5 sensor chip a ligand concentration between 5 and 100 µg/ml is used to immobilize. Depending on the relative size between ligand and analyte you couple more or less ligand so that the theoretical response will be in the range of 10 - 100 RU.

thank you i think this answer clear my doubt.
just looking for concentration range which we can use for for immobilization on CM5 chip
