I also have same concern about the best concentration range for any small molecule interaction on SPR.
or if i put in this way like how to decide the best highest concentration to start fold dilution for any small molecules??

This question (analyte concentration range) is pointed out on several SPRpages.
I suggest reading the Kinetics, Experiments and Sensorgram sections.
In addition you can use the KD-assistant ( www.sprpages.nl/software-weblinks ) to calculate the concentration range.
