positive charge surface on a Biacore chip was created by mtarca
Hello. Has anyone used a bare, unmodified Biacore chip and converted it into a surface that has positive charges, similar to a strong anion exhange resin. Planning on using it as a surface and passing on analytes through it. Thanks.
