Hello. It is my first time to use NA (Neutravidin chip). Does anyone have any suggestion or experience on what regeneration solution to use? I read somewhere that the NA chip is sensitive to acidic pH? Thanks.

Neutravidin:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NeutrAvidin
If you want to regenerate the neutravidin-biotin interaction: this is not possible without damaging the sensor chip.
try searching for regenerable avidin
Kind regards

Oh sorry, I should have been specific in my question. I was going to use the neutravidin chip instead of strepavidin chip. I was going to immobilize my biotinylated ligand to this NA chip, and then pass on the analyte. I was looking for a regeneration solution to knock off the analyte and leave the biotin-ligand attached to the surface for the next cycle. But since the NA chip is not compatible with acidic solutions, I could not use an acidic regent (ie. glycine-HCL 1.5), but wondering what other solutions I can use. Thanks.

We prefer the cocktail regeneration method (
www.sprpages.nl/kinetics/regeneration
) since this is more gentle on the ligand.
In general (Neutr)Avidin is fairly stable.
