Hi,
I am using Biacore 8K. Trying to develop a kinetics method. Just wanted to know if Potency can be determined using Biacore 8K. Can accuracy and Linearity be obtained?

Not done this before but it must be possible.
There must be several publications about validation of assays on SPR.

Kind regards
Arnoud
