Hi, I am a student from Thailand and very new to SPR. I've got a project to measure the kinetics of antigen and antibody using SPR. I have to tell in Thailand there is no SPR specialist so I have to figure it out how to use the Biacore T200 on my own. In my experiment, I used a protein G chip and use capture antibody (Goat anti mouseIgG ) to capture my mouse antibody on the chip and use the antigen(protein) as an analyte. Here is my result.

please tell me, Did I do it right? Do I have to adjust something? Or Do you have any suggestion, please let me know.
Thank you

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
From what I see in your sensorgrams you are doing well.
The resolutions is too low to see the numbers but the curves look ok.

Kind regards
Arnoud
