Effective surface area of SPR was created by Maedehmozneb
Hello All,

I'm wondering in the SPR phenomena, what is the effective surface area that the light signal is reflected from. For example, if the results is read in terms of SPR signal (association/disscosiation) what is the effective area that the SPR happens at and how much of a modified area is it reading from?
I hope my question is clear.
Thank you
