SPR signal ( mDeg ) to force was created by Maedehmozneb
Hello,

I'm trying to correlate the SPR Signal that we acquire to the force that is exerted on the surface.
Would anyone know anything about that?

Regards,

The change in SPR signal is due to a change in the refractive index close to the interface generating the SPR signal. I don't see a force component in that. To investigate the force of a binding a atomic force microscope would be an option.
Can you elaborate a bit more on what you want to investigate?

Kind regards

thank you.
It's a different case rather than binding it's cells exerting force causing a change in SPR signal.
