Hello there,
I have a 0.1sec offset between fc4 and fc3.
This generate ugly bumps while doing fc4-3.
Is there an option in the T200 Evaluation software to get rid of it?
Thank you,
Geo

Hi Geo,
I had a good look at the software but could not find a setting to correct the offset.
A higher flow rate could deminish the problem.
As an alternative you can use an other evaluation program like Scrubber.
Kind regards
Arnoud

Dear Arnoud,
Thank you for your response.
Would you please confirm that Scrubber has such an option to correct this offset?
Have a great day,
Geoffroy

Dear Geo,
In general Scrubber does a good job in aligning sensorgrams.
In addition, you can align individual curves by les than 0.1 second. However, you have to do that curve by curve.
I moved in the figure one curve (9.252 is relative to the original injection start at 10 seconds).
Kind regards
Arnoud
