DNA polymerase - SPR

Hello. Has anyone done any SPR on DNA polymerase? Bind the polymerase on a surface and pass on nucleotide over it. Not sure where to begin. What surface to use, buffer condition, method, etc. Any info would help (experience running it or journals). Thanks!
