Hi,
I am using ProteOnXPR 36 from BIO-RAD and recently the instrument is showing error of "Measurement error in calculating reference baseline".
I performed all the maintenance procedures, flushed the system, room temperature is 25 degree Celsius. But still the instrument is showing the same error. The protocol with which I am working currently includes MCM rotation and I have performed several runs of the same kind. Is MCM rotation the issue or anything else.?
Kindly help.
Thanks in advance..!

Hi,
Sorry I don't have experience with this instrument. Maybe some else?
Best bet is to contact BioRad support.

Kind regards
Arnoud
