Hello,
For the past few years I have been using the an anti-hFc ab from thermo fisher to immobilize on a CM5 chip and perform my capture experiments. The antibody performed very well over multiple experiments and docking in/out biacore system. In my most recent experiments, even right after immobilization, I haven't been able to capture any of my Fc containign proteins with this antibody from Thermo.
I am wondering if anyone has experience with any anti hFc antibody from other vendors than Thermo, for immobilization on CM5 chips. I will be using the human capture kit from GE until I find a less expensive alternative.
