Dear Arnoud,

Could you please give me an advice regarding this:
I made gold LSPR sensor chips and observed nice peak shifts for Ethanol and water. Now I would like to check them for biointeractions. I am working in garage, not in the lab, so widely cited biotin-streptavidin pair sounds like "take grinded unicorn horn".
Can you recommend me any recipie that I can use to make rough estimations in my garage conditions - no complicated chemistry around. Something that will give me understanding - is it reasonable to go further to streptavidin, or not.

Many thanks in advance,
Serg.
