How can I determine KD value theoretically. The RU values and time in seconds is given. The analyte concentration is 10 nM. No other information is given.

Hi,
If you have a sensorgram you can fit the association and dissociation phase and calculate the KD.
Look at the section datafitting of the sprpages.
