Au-S regeneration was created by djblevin
I am planning on doing an immobilisation/binding assay of glutathione monoester conjugated to a monoclonal antibody, in the hope that the free thiol can interact with a GE Lifescience Au-sensor chip and was wondering what kinds of recovery conditions would I need to remove the immobilised protein of the Au-S interaction.
The SPR machine I use is a BiaCore X100 and the chips are untreated gold sensor chips.
Dankjewel,
djblevin

Hoi djblevin,
I don't think there is an easy way to remove/break the AU-S interaction.
Please look at

Kind regards
Arnoud
