Greetings.
actually, when I did experiment serial dilution in SPR.
but... the plot is NOTso good...
In this plot, curve was extremely fallen at 2^-8(781.3pM), and curve draw zig-zag durong Injection is end.
+DNA was 30 times diluted by half, 30th conc. is 100nM.
I run experiment before, it was good except bulk effect of some area...
(like this) This is good plot except 2^-30~2^-21...
By the way, there's a strange phynomenon. in forst graph, only channel 2 drwas zig-zag, and... look this band.
The band where middle is channel 2. When I injected sample on first time, the band were vivid each channel. (peristic pump is OK but It notified 'vacuum' frequently) and, look at the band picture below, band of channel 2, half of band disappeared...
Why band dosappears during SPR experiment? and How can I prevent it?

The band refreshed half when washing stage(after inject sample).
