normalization of SPR DATA was created by rajeshsaha
Hi,
I am rajesh saha, APPLICATION SPECIALIST in BIORAD. IN PROTEON XPR96, there is no way to normalize a data and refitting the curve). As for example, if we want to normalize the response of analyte versus the amount of ligand immobilized, how can we do it in any of the softwares that I have seen in this site??
i found a paper on Annual Biochemistry, 2003,Author DAVID MYSZKA
Kinetic Screening of Antibodies from crude hybridoma samples using Biacore.
I know this option is there with BIacore but not with PROTEON MANAGER!!
CAN any one help me in this??
Also if we can do in any of the softwares mentioned on your website, is the software free or we need to buy it??

Dear Rajesh,

I checked the Scrubber software and normalization is to some extent possible.
I could not find if the Genedata Screener can normalize date but I expect it can. You should contact the company to make sure.

Both programs are not free of charge.

If you have exported the curves, you could try to import the curves in excel and try the normalization ‘by hand’.

Kind regards

Arnoud
