Hi Arnoud,
I am seeing a reference flow cell binding when I am trying to do a Single cycle kinetics. I use Biacore T200 and i am trying a capture method. So I immobilise Antihis and capture FcRn. My FC1 has higher bindig than FC2 even for 0 concentration which is the buffer alone.
Please find the attachment for bargraph of FC1.
Need your suggestion.
Thanks

Hi,
This is strange indeed. I have no direct answer for you. You could try to verify that the injection system is performing alright by doing a system check.
