Hi Dan,
When injecting the buffer, can you check the tubing behind the left door.
Are they all filled without any air bubbles? Check if all the connections are fastened well.
If the spikes persist, you can check the injection needle if there is some dirt on it. Refer to the maintenance manual how to open the sample compartment.

Hi Arnoud,
I did check the syringe behind the left door. The 500ul one is sooo dirty but not leaky. I have replaced the 500ul syringe and run the desorb again. Will run assay tomorrow morning and let you know the results. Thanks a lot!
