Hey everyone,

Since many of you are aware of surface plasmon resonance technology, you probably know (from our previous blog) that preconcentration is an important strategy for increasing the concentration of your ligand on the sensor surface. The next step is finding the optimal preconcentration buffer, so we put together a very simple blog post with a list of steps to help you find the optimal immobilization buffer for your specific ligand. Optimizing preconcentration conditions allows you to reduce the amount of ligand needed, saving you protein sample!

Enjoy!
