Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how the response unit, RU is related? I'm sure we've all come across this mysterious response unit, but don’t worry! Some of us may not know how exactly the two are related and although it doesn’t seem necessary to understand the meaning of “RU” in order to obtain kinetic constants, it can still be very useful when trying to understand the underlying principles of SPR - or with subtlety, be perceived as smarter in front of your colleagues.

For any of you who really want to understand where your binding curves are coming from and get that level of detail, vist our blog at www.nicoyalife.com/blog/how-much-protein-do-you-have/

After reading the article, let me know if you have any questions, and my colleagues and I will be more than happy to answer your questions.

Cheers.
