hi all,
I want to share something that I read recently and I think I understand it correctly ergo please correct me if i am incorrect...
I read a few papers by Biacore ppl (also referenced here on the site) and found that If the kinetic fit is to be checked for appropriateness.. then a SQRT(CHI2) <= magnitude of short term noise of the instrument... now though this was around for sometime... it was difficult to understand what is meant by "magnitude of short term noise of the instrument"... of late I think I understand that this is the magnitude of green lines seen in the residual plots of Biaevaluation software for kinetic plots.

can someone confirm?

Thanks
best regards
Akhilesh
