Shear stress during SPR was created by DE FILIPPIS
I was wondering whether there is some information about the possible effect that shear stress forces in the microfluidic cell during SPR analysis might have on the conformation of the injected protein....
All the best,

The only molecule I know that changes under shear stress is von Willebrand Factor (vWF).
You can search PubMed under 'shear stress vwf'.
