Hi,
I would like to immobilize a basic protein (Theoretical pI: 9,53) by amine coupling to sensor CM5 or CM4. I am afraid that immobilization in recommended conditions (pH 6.0) will lead to inactivation of the protein. What do you think about amine coupling in more physiological conditions (about pH 7.4)?
I wouldn’t like to use SA sensor.
