Hi everyone, I am trying to study the interaction between plants proteins in a CM4 chip. One protein was successfully immobilized and when other proteins pass in the flow i can see any binding signal... I know these proteins interacts in vivo... Does anyone have experience on plants proteins at Biacore?? Thank you.

Hi Kati,
Nice to see someone from the plant biology using the Biacore. I think that there is not much difference in using plant or animal proteins.
