Chip preconditioning was created by OldForum
Is it necessary to run these injections (sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, SDS and/or phosphoric acid) to precondition a C1 chip? Or is it just necessary/recommended for dextran chips?
Thanks,
joseantonio

Thanks. I am using my own chips, but they are very like a C1 chip. I will include that injections in my routines. BTW, I build my SAMs with MUA, but does anybody knows how they prepare the C1 chips exactly? It is just curiosity.
