hey folks
i might thought it would be a good idea to post some good and reliable protocols for whatever u have. i.e. how to immobilise molecules on specific surfaces or something like that.
maybe someone has also a good one for how to get proteins (his tagged) onto NTA chips? what conditions do i need? any1 experienced with that?
