L1 chips was created by OldForum
Hi all,
I want to do SPR analysis immobilizing phospholipid vesicles. I think that L1 chips is the best option to perform that.
I would want to know if there is any special feature about this kind of chip: non-specific binding, immobilization procedure, durability, reproducibility...
Thanks!!!

I would like to try immobilising phospholipids onto an L1 chip, I've been following the methdso published in various papers and have obtained some PL powder from which I was hoping to prepare liposomes. Last week I tried to use my Avanti mini-extruder for the first time and it went all wrong. There seemed to be a blockage which resulted in a broken syringe and the loss of my batch of PL (expensive). Does anyone have experience preparing liposomes in this way and can you give me any tips?
Many thanks,
H.
