Thiol coupling was created by OldForum
Hi,

hopefully somone can help us out on the exact procedure for a surface thiol coupling.
we more or less have a protocol, but it lacks info on the solvent of the ligand.
should it be similar to the buffer we applied in the aminocoupling (Naacetate; pH 4.0)?
any more tips are very welcome.

thanks,
Jip

Is it possible to store PDEA-modified protein in the freezer -20oC?

And how long does it remain stable?

Thanks for helping.

PDEA modified protein can be stored at -20C if the protein tolerates the freezing. In my case, the PDEA-modified protein did not lose any immobilization capacity within 2 month.
