I'am not sure your question.
In general kd devided by ka (I use small caps) results in KD. ka devided by kd results in KA.
So calculating back is not possible. You have to measure some way.
kon and koff are sometimes used for ka and kd but not always.
ka/kd = KA and kd/ka = KD

I also don't understand your question clearly. If you have the data from the biacore, you can calculate the kinetics and affinity using the software "Scrubber2". It is the easiest way. Or else you can also use the software "Clamp".
