Can Sulfo-NHS displace NHS?

Sulfo-NHS is used in crosslink between nanoparticle and target protein, can it also be used in the amine coupling of biacore experiments?

I also wonder how long can I use the prepared EDC and NHS in Amine Coupling Kit of biacore company.The storage time was always short when I got it. It's bad when use old EDC/NHS? And what's the best storage condition for them?

In some biosensor experiments, some user suggested to prepare NHS and EDAC before amine coupling.They won't use it after 24h. How do you store them? I stored them separately little volume at -20C before. Is it right?

I usually make separate aliquots of NHS and EDC enough for four immobilizations like the biacore protocol for amine coupling.
I store the aliqouts at -20 degrees for up to one year. This seems to work for NHS and EDC.
In addition I do the same for the ethanolamine.
