Hi all, two questions when analyzing antibody-antigen interactions,

1. Ab binds two antigen molecules, then a 1:1 Langmuir should not be the best model, should'n it?

2. If a immobilize the Ab with primary amines, will be the Antibody in a homogenous orientation?

Thanks for your opinions in advance
