Injection blocked was created by OldForum
Hi all,
I have a huge technical problem. all in a sudden (after having injected fibronectine) I can't inject anymore or extremely slowly in my Biacore X. I tried all the unclogging; desorption; injection of NaOH , SDS and H3PO4 but nothing seems to help.
Moreover I had prepared thiolated surfaces, which I can't use now. Anyone knows the stability and how can I store them in the meanwhile?
Thanx a lot!

I'am not familiar with thiol coupling but would store the chip in the activation buffer.

Is there still flow through the IFC by the bufferpump? You can check this by pumping some differentbuffer creating a bulk effect.

If there is a slow flow during injection you can try injecting Trypsine to eat away the blockage (I don'tknow if trypsine can digest fibronectine.).

kind regards
Arnoud
